The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Enzo Ébel hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Romuald Pacaud made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Just Ferment in the 6th minute of play. Vaise's Sidney Bazile proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Vaise from getting a goal against them. Bohars's Romuald Pacaud played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Just Ferment in the 10th minute of play. Romuald Pacaud showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dave Pin, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. If Just Ferment had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 21 played minutes Bohars got a freekick which was hit by Erwann Lesieur. In the 22nd minute, Faouzi Goude sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Bohars's Romuald Pacaud didn't even have to move. Sidney Bazile made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brandon Chédeville in the 24th minute. Vaise's Sidney Bazile played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertrand Sebert in the 26th minute of play. If Just Ferment had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Vaise's Dave Pin, in the 34th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Vaise. With an all-out effort, Bohars's Sidney Bazile threw himself towards the right post 41 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bertrand Sebert, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 42nd minute, Théodore Vandevoorde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brandon Chédeville fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sidney Bazile having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bertrand Sebert stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 51 in the game by Stéphane Lagrue from a close distance when the talented Romuald Pacaud managed to make a qualified save. Bohars's players were relieved. Just Ferment charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Just Ferment the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Dave Pin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vaise's supporters rose to their feet, but Dave Pin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romuald Pacaud breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sidney Bazile made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brandon Chédeville in the 61st minute of play. If Bertrand Sebert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 66th minute, Brandon Chédeville ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sidney Bazile was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 71st match minute, Bohars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Merlin Py to maneuver through the defense. Dave Pin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 75 minutes in the game, Just Ferment fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Romuald Pacaud having to interfere. After 80 played minutes Bohars got a freekick which was hit by Erwann Lesieur. 1-1 became the score in the 83rd minute when Dave Pin elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Sidney Bazile made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brandon Chédeville in the 90th minute of play. Sidney Bazile took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bertrand Sebert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over Vaise could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bohars throughout the match.
