Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jules Gabillet took the kick off in the first half of the match. Charlie Dumain's late challenge caught a Bourdelas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Charlie Dumain helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Bourdelas booed when Bondues was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charlie Dumain didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jules Gabillet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Georges Claudel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Bourdelas's John Brun in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bondues's goalie prevented a goal. In the 16th minute Jules Gabillet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georges Claudel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bourdelas's John Brun managed to work through Bondues's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. John Brun dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. John Brun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th match minute, Bondues was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Noe Coupez to maneuver through the defense. John Brun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Georges Claudel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Renaud Paris fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Alphonse Lhomme, passed just outside the right post. Georges Claudel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from John Brun went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Bourdelas's John Brun got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. John Brun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 35th minute, Jules Gabillet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jules Gabillet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Georges Claudel having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Bondues's zone, John Brun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Georges Claudel came out of the goal and John Brun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Bondues's Melvin Tremel got a free kick in the 40th minute. After the first half Bourdelas were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Renaud Paris stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Bourdelas booed when Bondues was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charlie Dumain didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 52nd minute, Jules Gabillet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jules Gabillet struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Georges Claudel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bourdelas. In the 62nd minute, John Brun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Bourdelas's zone, Renaud Paris stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alphonse Lhomme came out of the goal and Renaud Paris tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Theodore Grimbert charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Theodore Grimbert the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 72nd match minute, Bourdelas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Theodore Grimbert to maneuver through the defense. Melvin Tremel was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 73rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 79th minute, Noe Coupez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 82 minutes into the match, Bourdelas's Jules Gabillet sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Georges Claudel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Bondues's Charlie Dumain got a free kick in the 83rd minute. After 86 minutes of play, Bondues's Renaud Paris made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alphonse Lhomme was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
