Justin Riboulet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th minute, Moise Giordanengo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jules Clavier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justin Riboulet having to interfere. Geoffrey Alcaraz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Gaspard Grail tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jules Clavier struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Justin Riboulet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vétraz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaud Pacheco in the 20th minute of play forced Hautée's goalkeeper Justin Riboulet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Hautée's Geoffrey Alcaraz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gaspard Grail. That made the score 1-0 after 28 minutes of play. Cyril Rochais kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Vétraz's Gaspard Grail played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geoffrey Alcaraz in the 38th minute of play. After 49 minutes, Arnaud Pacheco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vétraz and the Hautée players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 49th match minute, Vétraz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaud Pacheco to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Geoffrey Alcaraz to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Vétraz booed when Hautée was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorien Touron didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th minute, Fabrice Montoya fired a really elegant long shot, but Justin Riboulet threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Victorien Touron charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victorien Touron the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Vétraz booed when Hautée was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorien Touron didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 59 played minutes Vétraz got a freekick which was hit by Gilbert Bellard. Gaspard Grail showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geoffrey Alcaraz in the 60th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Fernand Cattaneo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hautée's supporters rose to their feet, but Fernand Cattaneo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaspard Grail breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geoffrey Alcaraz in the 71st minute of play forced Vétraz's goalkeeper Gaspard Grail to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Hautée's Geoffrey Alcaraz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gaspard Grail narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 84th minute Geoffrey Alcaraz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaspard Grail saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jules Clavier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 88 minutes into the match, Hautée's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaud Pacheco came free, but Justin Riboulet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnaud Pacheco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Hautée fans cheered their team off the field, for while Vétraz had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
