Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Thibaut Perthuis started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Macully getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Didier Gratien hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julien Bochard in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacob Baillif saved Macully from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Macully's Thibaut Perthuis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Valentin Gabin. That made the score 1-0 after 20 minutes of play. If Bruno Ricordel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute, Étienne Stoll hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Clem Migot fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Montchat's protests and gave Clem Migot a yellow card for diving instead. Clem Migot hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. If Julien Bochard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 33 minutes into the game, Léonard Marcoux cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Jacob Baillif was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 44th match minute, Montchat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by François Ancelin to maneuver through the defense. Bruno Ricordel made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 45thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Valentin Gabin would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Jacob Baillif made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Léonard Marcoux in the 48th minute of play.

Roger Legentil blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Valentin Gabin having to make a save. In the 55th minute Thibaut Perthuis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Gabin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 56 minutes of play, Macully's Bruno Ricordel made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Valentin Gabin was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 64th minute, Julien Bochard left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Montchat fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After 69 played minutes, Montchat's Antoine Serrano shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jacob Baillif came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Montchat reached it. When Macully's Bruno Ricordel in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Montchat's goalie prevented a goal. Léonard Marcoux sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Montchat's zone, Thibaut Perthuis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valentin Gabin came out of the goal and Thibaut Perthuis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Bruno Ricordel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Léonard Marcoux's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacob Baillif was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. If Thibaut Perthuis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Macully's Jacob Baillif got control of the ball when Julien Bochard tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Léonard Marcoux fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Montchat's protests and gave Léonard Marcoux a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Macully booed when Montchat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Léonard Marcoux didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Montchat players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Macully from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
