Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Jean-François Harel started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Joey Hugues came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Pierrelaye's Jean-François Harel. But to his dismay, Jean-François Harel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Terry Plouzennecs short, quick shot in the 8thth minute got Rayan Defay to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Dylan Lagasse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joey Hugues stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jean-François Harel's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Rayan Defay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sacha Godineau in the 17th minute of the match. After 20 minutes of play, Pierrelaye's Jean-François Harel made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joey Hugues was left in no man's land by his defense there! Firmin Ratier blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joey Hugues having to make a save. Pierrelaye's Jean-François Harel got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Sacha Godineau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sacha Godineau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Rayan Defay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sacha Godineau recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Pierrelaye were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sacha Godineau to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Pierrelaye's goal looked a bit too open when Sacha Godineau came free, but Rayan Defay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 59 minutes into the game, Pierrelaye's Jean-François Harel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joey Hugues made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Terry Plouzennec received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Rayan Defay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Firmin Ratier got free with Joey Hugues in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ali Griveau during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 73 played minutes Plagne got a freekick which was hit by Ali Griveau. Terry Plouzennec recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sacha Godineau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rayan Defay having to interfere. Rayan Defay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sacha Godineau in the 90th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Terry Plouzennec in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rayan Defay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 96th minute, Jean-François Harel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Pierrelaye supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Pierrelaye would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
