When Cyprien Amoros came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Cangé fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cyprien Amoros couldn't finish the play. Carlos Mahaut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Le Borgne in the 16th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Curtaringe's goal looked a bit too open when William Le Borgne came free, but Carlos Mahaut reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. William Le Borgne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Mahaut having to interfere. The referee felt a red card was in order, 37 minutes into the game, when Jackson Declerck put in a rough tackle. After 37 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Curtaringe! In the 39th minute there was a penalty for Cangé. Valerien Senac stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Carlos Mahaut. 3-0. 43 minutes into the match, Cangé's William Le Borgne sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlos Mahaut narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joris Houssaye to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Cyprien Amoros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cangé's supporters rose to their feet, but Cyprien Amoros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Mahaut breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Curtaringe's Donatien Lemière got a free kick in the 61st minute. After having played for 62 minutes, William Le Borgne managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cangé's supporters crossed their fingers, but William Le Borgne was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 63 played minutes Curtaringe got a freekick which was hit by Donatien Lemière. Carlos Mahaut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Le Borgne in the 66th minute of play. The supporters of Curtaringe booed when Cangé was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luka Jeanroy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Herve Lamarre made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Joris Houssaye sent off a good shot on target. 76 minutes into the match, Joris Houssaye had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Herve Lamarre. Cangé's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joris Houssaye was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. After a defensive mix-up in Curtaringe's zone, Cyprien Amoros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Mahaut came out of the goal and Cyprien Amoros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carlos Mahaut stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of William Le Borgne's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Cyprien Amoros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Mahaut having to interfere. Carlos Mahaut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cyprien Amoros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlos Mahaut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cyprien Amoros in the 95th minute of play.
