After a rather tough play, Batarelle's Gustave Barrier got a free kick in the 3rd minute. 5 minutes into the match, Batarelle's goal looked a bit too open when Johan Barbieri came free, but Marco Le Duc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Batarelle booed when Brégille was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olivier Jeannet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Brégille's Brian Filhol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luka Pellier in the 8th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Matthieu Ader left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brégille fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Romeo Bonnet struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Brian Filhol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Batarelle. Marco Le Duc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johan Barbieri, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Luka Pellier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Brian Filhol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Batarelle's Luka Pellier in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brégille's goalie prevented a goal. Marco Le Duc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Barbieri in the 34th minute of play. Olivier Jeannet kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Luka Pellier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Brian Filhol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Jerome Bouzon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Luka Pellier made the kick off in the second half. When Luka Pellier fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Batarelle's protests and gave Luka Pellier a yellow card for diving instead. In the 57th match minute, Batarelle was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luka Pellier to maneuver through the defense. Johan Barbieri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Johan Barbieri, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 61 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Marco Le Duc was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matthieu Ader in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Le Duc prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Romeo Bonnet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. In the 79th minute of the match Michel Guillois sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marco Le Duc skillfully saved the ball. Luka Pellier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brégille's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
