Bouscat's supporters crossed their fingers, but Walter Thouin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 12th minute, Walter Thouin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marin Boittin in the 14th minute of play forced Bouscat's goalkeeper Christophe Richer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Marin Boittin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 18 played minutes Bouscat got a freekick which was hit by Benoit Gremy. Marin Boittin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Christophe Richer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Marin Boittin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christophe Richer. Bouscat's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marin Boittin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After having played for 27 minutes, Jeremy Bluteau managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vesse's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeremy Bluteau was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 36th minute Walter Thouin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camille Robbe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christophe Richer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marin Boittin in the 41st minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, Jeremy Bluteau notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Bouscat's Christophe Richer. Christophe Richer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Walter Thouin made the kick off in the second half. Bouscat's Christophe Richer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Bouscat from getting a goal against them. 62 minutes into the match, Bouscat's goalkeeper Christophe Richer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marin Boittin. Bouscat's Christophe Richer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremy Bluteau in the 64th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Vincent Humez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bouscat's supporters rose to their feet, but Vincent Humez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Camille Robbe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Gaspard Guivarch fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vesse's protests and gave Gaspard Guivarch a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Bouscat booed when Vesse was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaspard Guivarch didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paul-Henri Havard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camille Robbe having to interfere. Camille Robbe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walter Thouin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
