Kernisi's Carl Charleux played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean-Charles Jeulin in the 4th minute of play. In the 5th match minute, Kernisi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florentin Boittin to maneuver through the defense. Vivien Pigne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl Charleux having to interfere. Jean-Charles Jeulin took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carl Charleux. Carl Charleux dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After some careless play in the Kernisi defense, Vivien Pigne kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carl Charleux. The Kernisi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carl Charleux should have stopped the shot. Antonin Sorin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Félicien Godet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Félicien Godet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonin Sorin having to interfere. A collision led to Orcines getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Ludovic Boussac hit a great ball. Anthony Rabiers short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got Antonin Sorin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 26 minutes, Daryl Giraudon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kernisi and the Orcines players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Jean-Charles Jeulin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Kernisi's Anthony Rabier got a free kick in the 35th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Anthony Rabier managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kernisi's supporters rose to their feet, but Anthony Rabier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antonin Sorin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Jean-Charles Jeulin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
The supporters of Orcines booed when Kernisi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daryl Giraudon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daryl Giraudon hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Carl Charleux was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Merlin Charlet. Jean-Charles Jeulin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carl Charleux having to make a save. 58 minutes into the match, Kernisi's goal looked a bit too open when Vivien Pigne came free, but Carl Charleux reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute, Florentin Boittin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vivien Pigne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Kernisi's zone, Vivien Pigne stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carl Charleux came out of the goal and Vivien Pigne tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 63 minutes into the game, Marc-Aurèle Poyer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kernisi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Orcines the free kick. Marc-Aurèle Poyer kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 69th match minute, Kernisi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florentin Boittin to maneuver through the defense. Antonin Sorin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Félicien Godet, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 74th match minute, Orcines was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jean-Charles Jeulin to maneuver through the defense. 76 minutes into the match, Orcines's goal looked a bit too open when Félicien Godet came free, but Antonin Sorin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antonin Sorin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Félicien Godet, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Anthony Rabier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Orcines had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
