Jolan Moreaux made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dominique Marcos in the 10th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Salim Baré managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tourronde's supporters rose to their feet, but Salim Baré was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jolan Moreaux breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Antony Perronnet took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Francis Goblet. Francis Goblet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 19 minutes into the match, Tourronde's goal looked a bit too open when Antony Perronnet came free, but Francis Goblet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Steve Lanoy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Francis Goblet. Tourronde's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Steve Lanoy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dominique Marcos couldn't finish the play. If Antony Perronnet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st minute of the game, Franklin Montfort landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. When Dominique Marcos fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tourronde's protests and gave Dominique Marcos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 82nd match minute, Tourronde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dominique Marcos to maneuver through the defense. Jean-Marie Ghys's late challenge caught a Tourronde's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jean-Marie Ghys helped the player get up and apologised. Montrabé's Jolan Moreaux played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steven May in the 96th minute of play. After having played for 98 minutes, Dominique Marcos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tourronde's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dominique Marcos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Tourronde had won after a very even match.
