Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kilian Mohr took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience was convinced that Ghislain Métro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Laurent Pitou was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. After 8 played minutes Rosselange got a freekick which was hit by Charles-Emmanuel Beyer. Laurent Pitou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ghislain Métro in the 9th minute of the match. Sylvain Merrien sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Charles-Emmanuel Beyer got his second yellow card in the match during the 13th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Rosselange's Charles-Emmanuel Beyer got a free kick in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Ridel in the 15th minute of play forced Rosselange's goalkeeper Laurent Pitou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Tour's Alfred Ridel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Laurent Pitou narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 26th minute Ghislain Métro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laurent Pitou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Laurent Pitou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfred Ridel in the 29th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ghislain Métro in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Laurent Pitou saved Rosselange from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Rosselange's Noël Chevé got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute, Ghislain Métro made a precise shot to the right of Laurent Pitou. Rosselange's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Ghislain Métro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Alfred Ridel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tour's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfred Ridel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Laurent Pitou breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Laurent Pitou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ghislain Métro, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After 46 minutes of play, Rosselange's Sylvain Merrien made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Noureddine Ba was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ghislain Métro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Rosselange's zone, Ghislain Métro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Laurent Pitou came out of the goal and Ghislain Métro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Rosselange getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Kilian Mohr hit a great ball. A collision led to Rosselange getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Noël Chevé hit a great ball. After having played for 62 minutes, Alfred Ridel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tour's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfred Ridel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alfred Ridel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Laurent Pitou made a huge save. Sylvain Merrien fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noureddine Ba having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Rosselange's goal looked a bit too open when Ghislain Métro came free, but Laurent Pitou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfred Ridel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Laurent Pitou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ghislain Métro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Blaise Lecouturier charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Blaise Lecouturier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 89th match minute, Tour was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blaise Lecouturier to maneuver through the defense. Alfred Ridel's late challenge caught a Rosselange's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfred Ridel helped the player get up and apologised. In the 91st minute, Alfred Ridel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kilian Mohr kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Laurent Pitou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ghislain Métro, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
