Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pierrick Rome kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute Pierrick Rome shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hocine Vitse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Charles-Emmanuel Le Clech managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kernisi's supporters rose to their feet, but Charles-Emmanuel Le Clech was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hocine Vitse breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Pierrick Rome fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kernisi's protests and gave Pierrick Rome a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th match minute, Kernisi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pierrick Rome to maneuver through the defense. Tommy Kern made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean-Sébastien Appere in the 21st minute of play. After 21 played minutes Kernisi got a freekick which was hit by Jean-Cyrille Audet. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karl Poquet in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kern prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Kernisi's Pierrick Rome in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bonsecours's goalie prevented a goal. Pierrick Rome sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bonsecours's Jean-Sébastien Appere got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The wind increased when Karl Poquet made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Pierrick Rome cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Hocine Vitse was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Bonsecours booed when Kernisi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jean-Cyrille Audet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tommy Kern showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl Poquet in the 59th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karl Poquet got free with Tommy Kern in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joël Hénocq in the 62nd minute of play forced Kernisi's goalkeeper Tommy Kern to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tommy Kern made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jean-Sébastien Appere in the 67th minute. In the 70th minute, Charles-Emmanuel Le Clech ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hocine Vitse was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Hocine Vitse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charles-Emmanuel Le Clech, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 80th minute, Junior Crespo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tommy Kern was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Élie Schulz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charles-Emmanuel Le Clech in the 84th minute of play forced Bonsecours's goalkeeper Hocine Vitse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kernisi's Tommy Kern proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Kernisi from getting a goal against them. When Pierrick Rome came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Kernisi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pierrick Rome couldn't finish the play. Jean-Pascal Roudil hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. If Charles-Emmanuel Le Clech had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 94 minutes, John-David Friedrich mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bonsecours and the Kernisi players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hocine Vitse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pierrick Rome in the 95th minute of the match. Kernisi's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
