Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pierrick Rome kicked off to start the match. Emeric Legeay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Tommy Kern tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Kernisi's zone, Emeric Legeay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kern came out of the goal and Emeric Legeay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 8 played minutes Kernisi got a freekick which was hit by Jean-Cyrille Audet. Emeric Legeay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Walter Bechard fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kernisi's protests and gave Walter Bechard a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Kernisi's Walter Bechard got a free kick in the 14th minute. Terry Montier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Boissettes's Terry Montier got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Kernisi's Benoît Rochard got a free kick in the 21st minute. Boissettes's Emeric Javelle couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Kernisi. After 30 played minutes Boissettes got a freekick which was hit by Alfred Delor. After 33 played minutes Boissettes got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Diebolt. Terry Montier might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tommy Kern. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Terry Montier ran back to his position shaking his head. Emeric Legeay took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kern. Tommy Kern dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. A hard shot by Junior Crespo from long distance, 42 minutes into the match, got Prosper Deroo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 46 played minutes Kernisi got a freekick which was hit by Jean-Cyrille Audet. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Kernisi's Tommy Kern proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Kernisi from getting a goal against them. Prosper Deroo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pierrick Rome in the 55th minute of the match. In the 65thth minute of the game Pierrick Rome who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boissettes's Prosper Deroo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernard Jammes during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 70th minute, Bernard Jammes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Terry Montier got free with Tommy Kern in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Boissettes's Prosper Deroo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean-Cyrille Audet in the 74th minute of play. Prosper Deroo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pierrick Rome, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. A collision led to Boissettes getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Gaspard Delebarre hit a great ball. Prosper Deroo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pierrick Rome in the 77th minute of the match. Prosper Deroo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pierrick Rome, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Boissettes's zone, Pierrick Rome stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prosper Deroo came out of the goal and Pierrick Rome tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 87th minute Emeric Legeay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kern saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the game, Jean-Cyrille Audet was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kernisi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Boissettes the free kick. In the 88th match minute, Kernisi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jean-Cyrille Audet to maneuver through the defense. Boissettes's Emeric Javelle was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tommy Kern in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Alfred Delor came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Boissettes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfred Delor couldn't finish the play. After 95 minutes of play, Boissettes's Terry Montier made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kern was left in no man's land by his defense there!
