Hakim Chaplain came out of the goal and Dove Messmer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Chavonnière's Youssef Calmel got a free kick in the 86th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Brendan Lapeyre during the 91st minute. Thanks to some nice moves Herbert Bonnafous could shoot a difficult shot in the 93rd minute, which Hakim Chaplain however easily saved by the left post. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
