After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Jean-Baptiste Dacquin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chavonnière's supporters rose to their feet, but Jean-Baptiste Dacquin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Martial Soudant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hakim Chaplain showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Philippe Azam, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Martial Soudant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jean-Baptiste Dacquin in the 64th minute of the match. Martial Soudant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alix Jacquet in the 65th minute. Bruno Pepin kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Alix Jacquet was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 67th minute. Chavonnière's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Chavonnière's Jean-Baptiste Dacquin in the 68th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Martial Soudant was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Bondoufle through an amazing save.
