Moise Bourgogne made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ewan Lecourtois got free with Jackson Dufort in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 78 minutes of play, Pompey's Ewan Lecourtois made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jackson Dufort was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Bernard Le Borgne managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pompey's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernard Le Borgne was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jackson Dufort breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Lormont getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Germain Jehanno hit a great ball.
