After 4 minutes, Sofyane Jannet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PSG and the Valleroy players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sofyane Jannet kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the game, Donatien Pradeau cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Lucien Garo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jerome Roset hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute, Charles Prévost had to leave the field with a concussion. 21 minutes into the game, Donatien Pradeau was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Valleroy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PSG the free kick. A collision led to Valleroy getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Donatien Pradeau hit a great ball. After 27 played minutes PSG got a freekick which was hit by Stanislas Duplessis. Mohamed Boule struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Arnaud Barlet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PSG. If Stanislas Duplessis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A sloppy throw-in by Boris Chevrot in the 35th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by PSG's Stanislas Duplessis. In the 37th minute, Donatien Pradeau got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mohamed Boule's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 39thth minute, Arnaud Barlet skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Valleroy's Arnaud Barlet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Valleroy from getting a goal against them. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Thomas Wery to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Valleroy's zone, Mohamed Boule stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnaud Barlet came out of the goal and Mohamed Boule tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 62 minutes into the match, PSG's Mohamed Boule sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnaud Barlet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Valleroy's Thomas Wery got a free kick in the 69th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mohamed Boule in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnaud Barlet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 73rd minute, Mohamed Boule made a precise shot to the right of Arnaud Barlet. Valleroy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Sofyane Jannet hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. PSG's Mohamed Boule got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Donatien Pradeau kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lucien Garo. That made the score 1-3 in the 88 minute of play. Arnaud Barlet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mohamed Boule in the 93rd minute of play. When PSG's Mohamed Boule in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Valleroy's goalie prevented a goal. When the match was over Valleroy could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than PSG throughout the match.
