If William Tauzin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robin Gehin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thibaut Henault, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Bruissin's Raoul Lopes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clement Gabillard in the 10th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Thibaut Henault's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Robin Gehin was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. 19 minutes into the match, William Tauzin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robin Gehin. Thise's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that William Tauzin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After some careless play in the Thise defense, Thibaut Henault kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Robin Gehin. The Thise fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Robin Gehin should have stopped the shot. Robin Gehin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from William Tauzin in the 29th minute of the match. Raoul Lopes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clement Gabillard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. William Tauzin struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Robin Gehin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bruissin.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Clement Gabillard to make the kick off. A collision led to Bruissin getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Michel Riquet hit a great ball. Thise's Clement Gabillard got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Regis Rioual's late challenge caught a Bruissin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Regis Rioual helped the player get up and apologised. In the 62nd match minute, Thise was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Regis Rioual to maneuver through the defense. William Tauzin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raoul Pelissier during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thibaut Henaults short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Robin Gehin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jocelyn Deleage charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jocelyn Deleage the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 72nd minute, Jocelyn Deleage hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Clement Gabillard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Florian Lebret kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Reda Tournadre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raoul Lopes having to interfere. In the 81st minute Clement Gabillard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raoul Lopes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. William Tauzin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Robin Gehin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Clement Gabillard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Thise's supporters rose to their feet, but Clement Gabillard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raoul Lopes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Robin Gehin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from William Tauzin, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as William Tauzin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Robin Gehin. That made the score 1-3 in the 96 minute of play. The Thise supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Bruissin's performance. The match ended with a win for Bruissin.
