Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Durotar Football Club's Ulysse Sonnet started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jules Delas charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jules Delas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Durotar Football Club's Jules Delas got a free kick in the 4th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulysse Sonnet in the 10th minute of play forced Mesclans's goalkeeper Erwan Le Forestier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 10 minutes, Patrice Dugue mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mesclans and the Durotar Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Durotar Football Club booed when Mesclans was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrice Dugue didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marin Le Ray struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Erwan Le Forestier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Durotar Football Club. Ahmed Brousse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Herbert Goupy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erwan Le Forestier having to interfere. After 23 played minutes Mesclans got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Briat. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmed Brousse got free with Erwan Le Forestier in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 27 minutes into the match, Durotar Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Boris Piron came free, but Everardo Silbestre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Everardo Silbestre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Briat in the 28th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Durotar Football Club's Ahmed Brousse sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erwan Le Forestier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Ahmed Brousse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Mesclans's zone, Ahmed Brousse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erwan Le Forestier came out of the goal and Ahmed Brousse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Durotar Football Club's Jules Delas got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ulysse Sonnet's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erwan Le Forestier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 48th minute of play. The Durotar Football Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mesclans were winning 0-1.

If Ulysse Sonnet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mesclans's Erwan Le Forestier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl Vaxelaire in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th match minute, Mesclans was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Steve Quiniou to maneuver through the defense. Everardo Silbestre was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Daniel Briat capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Daniel Briat really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Ulysse Sonnet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th match minute, Durotar Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul Verhaeghe to maneuver through the defense. After 75 played minutes Mesclans got a freekick which was hit by Jean-Paul Strub. Erwan Le Forestier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmed Brousse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahmed Brousse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Erwan Le Forestier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rémi Conrad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmed Brousse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmed Brousse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 92 minutes, Karl Vaxelaire managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Durotar Football Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karl Vaxelaire was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ulysse Sonnet's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erwan Le Forestier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Mesclans's goal looked a bit too open when Jules Delas came free, but Erwan Le Forestier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ahmed Brousse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
