Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Patrice Ferreira started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Kader Kerloch left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Morlange fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Kader Kerloch took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mathys Bouthier. Mathys Bouthier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. If José Gaspard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, José Gaspard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Morlange's supporters rose to their feet, but José Gaspard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mathys Bouthier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Châteaurenard's Mathys Bouthier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geoffrey Dupoux in the 14th minute of play. José Gaspard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathys Bouthier having to interfere. After having played for 17 minutes, Kader Kerloch managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Morlange's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kader Kerloch was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Camille Noyon took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mathys Bouthier. Mathys Bouthier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 29th minute, Camille Noyon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mathys Bouthier was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. After having played for 34 minutes, José Gaspard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Morlange's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Gaspard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. José Gaspard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Châteaurenard's goalkeeper Mathys Bouthier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Gaspard in the 38th minute of play forced Châteaurenard's goalkeeper Mathys Bouthier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the match, José Gaspard notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Châteaurenard's Mathys Bouthier. Mathys Bouthier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 45th minute Camille Noyon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mathys Bouthier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kader Kerloch struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Mathys Bouthier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Morlange. The Châteaurenard players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Morlange were winning 0-5.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when José Gaspard stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Châteaurenard's goalkeeper Mathys Bouthier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 53rd minute, Kader Kerloch ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mathys Bouthier was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. 57 minutes into the game, Malik Rudelle was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Morlange's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Châteaurenard the free kick. Malik Rudelle kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaston Debrie in the 59th minute of play forced Morlange's goalkeeper Lionel Leboulanger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. José Gaspard was extremely unlucky when he, in the 61st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Châteaurenard's Mathys Bouthier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Châteaurenard from getting a goal against them. If Octave Lager had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. José Gaspard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathys Bouthier having to interfere. José Gaspard might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mathys Bouthier. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. José Gaspard ran back to his position shaking his head. Marius Cavallo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Kader Kerloch came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Morlange fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kader Kerloch couldn't finish the play. 76 minutes into the match, Morlange's José Gaspard sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mathys Bouthier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Camille Noyon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 82 minutes into the match, Châteaurenard's goal looked a bit too open when José Gaspard came free, but Mathys Bouthier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mathys Bouthier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mohamed Santin in the 83rd minute of play. Morlange's Octave Lager got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kader Kerloch got free with Mathys Bouthier in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 87 minutes into the match, Châteaurenard's goalkeeper Mathys Bouthier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Octave Lager. Kader Kerloch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 90 minutes, Octave Lager managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Morlange's supporters crossed their fingers, but Octave Lager was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 92 played minutes Châteaurenard got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Debrie. When Bernard Fougeray came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Châteaurenard fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernard Fougeray couldn't finish the play. Morlange played a much better game than Châteaurenard and deserved their victory. The Châteaurenard players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
