The Nantes FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mohamed Luciani should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Strasbourg ★ Union RC's 陶然兴 slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mohamed Luciani. That made the score 1-5 after 89 minutes of play. Strasbourg ★ Union RC made a substitution. Christian Fromage replaced Nik Tamer. 94 minutes into the match, Nantes FC's goalkeeper Mohamed Luciani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hugues Tison. Nantes FC's Mohamed Luciani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save Nantes FC from getting a goal against them. Nantes FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 99th minute, when Christian Fromage scored to the left of an out of position Mohamed Luciani, making the score, 1-6.
