Roncourt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cosa nostra Lyon the free kick. With a little luck, Roncourt's Brian Fumey got control of the ball when Félicien Boidin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Clem Fath showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jean-Marc Kazmierczak in the 28th minute of the match. Lorenzo De Meyer lost his temper 33 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 32nd minute, one of Roncourt:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Roncourt.
