Jákup Midjord fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marni Thomsen having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Jákup Midjurd's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marni Thomsen was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. 18 minutes into the game, Andrew Anghel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kelvedon were awarded a corner in the 50th minute after Blackheath's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Amed Debes took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Bogi Matras managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fríðrikur Hansen was the one to do the kick off. Janus Danielsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Janus Danielsen struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Símun Niclasen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Blackheath. Símun Niclasen came out of the goal and Fríðrikur Hansen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 76th match minute, Blackheath was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jón Elttør to maneuver through the defense. 77 minutes in the game, Jákup Midjord dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Janus Danielsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Símun Niclasen made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Janus Danielsen sent off a good shot on target. Kelvedon's Símun Niclasen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fríðrikur Hansen in the 90th minute of play. In the 91st match minute, Kelvedon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Fróði Hansen to maneuver through the defense. If Jákup Midjurd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Blackheath players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
