Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Janus G. Hansen got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to Kunoy getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Nenad Falkenberg hit a great ball. Andrew Hanssen charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andrew Hanssen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 3rd match minute, Newlyn East City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrew Hanssen to maneuver through the defense. When Jákup Egholm came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Kunoy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jákup Egholm couldn't finish the play. In the 7th minute Andrew Hanssen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pauli Hans Rubeksen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andrew Hanssen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Pauli Hans Rubeksen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Newlyn East City's Hjalgrím Djurhuus got a free kick in the 12th minute. Hjalgrím Dalbúð showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jákup Egholm in the 27th minute of the match. Jákup Egholm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 30 minutes into the game, Nenad Falkenberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kunoy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Newlyn East City the free kick. Pauli Hans Rubeksen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrew Hanssen, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Jákup Egholm scored 0-1 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hjalgrím Dalbúð, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Kunoy were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Hjalgrím Dalbúð took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Janus G. Hansen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hjalgrím Dalbúð showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Janus G. Hansen in the 59th minute of the match. Jákup Egholm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Hjalgrím Dalbúð managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when Kunoy's Jákup Egholm fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jákup Egholm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Hjalgrím Dalbúð tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jákup Hansen kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Kunoy's Hjalgrím Egholm got a free kick in the 77th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Newlyn East City's zone, Janus G. Hansen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hjalgrím Dalbúð came out of the goal and Janus G. Hansen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 91 minutes into the game, Jákup Egholm was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Newlyn East City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kunoy the free kick. The supporters of Kunoy booed when Newlyn East City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jákup Egholm didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute Janus G. Hansen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hjalgrím Dalbúð saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andrew Hanssen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute, Todi Ellingsgaard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pauli Hans Rubeksen was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
