Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Welling AFC's Mortan úr Hørg started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Einar Anghel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Welling AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Einar Anghel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Hansen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 10th minute, Marni Nielsen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 12thth minute of the game Marni Nielsen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Welling AFC's Mikkjal í Lon Jacobsen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 17th minute, Einar Anghel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 20th minute, Einar Anghel made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Hansen. Rising Bridge United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 30 minutes, Sámal Gunnarsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rising Bridge United and the Welling AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Rising Bridge United fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 30th minute. Penalty! After 33 played minutes Rising Bridge United got a freekick which was hit by Heri Elttør. Einar Anghel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mortan úr Hørg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Rising Bridge United's goal looked a bit too open when Mortan úr Hørg came free, but Tommy Hansen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marni Nielsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikkjal í Lon Jacobsen having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Marni Nielsen made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jákup Olsen during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 51st minute, Jákup Olsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by Welling AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sámal Gunnarsson was slow to take the kick. During this time Rising Bridge United's players had a chance to rest. Heri Elttør was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After 57 minutes of play, Rising Bridge United's Øssur Tórgarð made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mikkjal í Lon Jacobsen was left in no man's land by his defense there! 70 minutes into the match, Marni Nielsen notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Welling AFC's Mikkjal í Lon Jacobsen. Mikkjal í Lon Jacobsen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marni Nielsen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mikkjal í Lon Jacobsen having to make a save. Welling AFC's Mikkjal í Lon Jacobsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Øssur Tórgarð in the 75th minute of play. With a little luck, Rising Bridge United's Tommy Hansen got control of the ball when Einar Anghel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marni Nielsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Mikkjal í Lon Jacobsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marni Nielsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd minute, Hannis Johannesen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the match, Rising Bridge United's Øssur Tórgarð sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mikkjal í Lon Jacobsen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jóhan Tórgarð's late challenge caught a Rising Bridge United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jóhan Tórgarð helped the player get up and apologised. In the 87th minute, Jóhan Tórgarð hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 89 minutes into the game, Hannis Johannesen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Welling AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rising Bridge United the free kick. After 89 played minutes Welling AFC got a freekick which was hit by Hannis Johannesen. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Øssur Tórgarð put it in 3-3 from a short distance just to the right of Mikkjal í Lon Jacobsen. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
