Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jens Heri Dam started the match with the kick off. In the 7th match minute, Hunslet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Samuelsen to maneuver through the defense. Víkingur Göta's Jústinus Castilho couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 8th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Hunslet. In the 15th minute Víkingur Göta were awarded a corner. Jústinus Castilho went to the cornerflag to take it. Sigurd Jónsson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Andy Debes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 21 minute of play. Christian Samuelsen hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Víkingur Göta's Rasmus Hansen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronnie Anghel in the 29th minute of play. If René G. Hansen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40thth minute of the game Jens Heri Dam who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Víkingur Göta's Rasmus Hansen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by René G. Hansen during the 48th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andy Debes to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Andy Debes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sigurd Jónsson. Hunslet's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andy Debes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. If Ronnie Anghel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rógvi Simonsen during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Hunslet booed when Víkingur Göta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rógvi Simonsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Jens Heri Dam managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hunslet's supporters rose to their feet, but Jens Heri Dam was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rasmus Hansen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 59th minute, Christian Samuelsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 64 minutes into the match, Víkingur Göta's Andy Debes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sigurd Jónsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, René G. Hansen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Víkingur Göta's supporters rose to their feet, but René G. Hansen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sigurd Jónsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sigurd Jónsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from René G. Hansen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 68 minutes, Hannis Olsen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hunslet and the Víkingur Göta players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 68 played minutes Hunslet got a freekick which was hit by Hannis Olsen. Rasmus Hansen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronnie Anghel, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. When Hunslet's Jens Heri Dam in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Víkingur Göta's goalie prevented a goal. Jens Heri Dam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Rasmus Hansen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andy Debes scored 3-0 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sigurd Jónsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Hunslet getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Ronnie Anghel hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute, René G. Hansen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Víkingur Göta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. After 87 minutes of play, Hunslet's Ronnie Anghel made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rasmus Hansen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ronnie Anghel succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-2 in the 91st playminute. Christian Samuelsen hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by René G. Hansen in the 95th minute of play forced Hunslet's goalkeeper Sigurd Jónsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. René G. Hansen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Sigurd Jónsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Víkingur Göta fans cheered their team off the field, for while Hunslet had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
