Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Andy Jónsson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the game, Andy Debes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Víkingur Göta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kvívík the free kick. In the 4th minute, Andy Debes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 5th minute, Amed Dam got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rasmus Hansen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andy Jónsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andy Debes in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Rein prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Regin Benjaminsen came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Kvívík fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Regin Benjaminsen couldn't finish the play. If René G. Hansen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 20th minute, Jústinus Castilho sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Kvívík's Tommy Rein didn't even have to move. After a rather tough play, Kvívík's Jens Anghel got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Tommy Rein showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from René G. Hansen in the 27th minute of the match. Andy Debes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Rein having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, Christian á Borg sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Rasmus Hansen threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Christian á Borg this time. Jústinus Castilho was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 34th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 38th minute, Amed Dam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Kvívík's zone, Andy Debes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Rein came out of the goal and Andy Debes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. René G. Hansen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Rein read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. In the 44th minute Andy Debes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Rein saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, René G. Hansen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Rein. Kvívík's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that René G. Hansen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andy Debes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andy Debes in the 52nd minute of play forced Kvívík's goalkeeper Tommy Rein to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kvívík's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Andy Debes scored to the left of an out of position Tommy Rein, making the score, 0-2. Regin Benjaminsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Víkingur Göta's goalkeeper Rasmus Hansen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Andy Debes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Tommy Rein tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Andy Debes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rasmus Hansen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andy Jónsson in the 71st minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Víkingur Göta's goal looked a bit too open when Regin Benjaminsen came free, but Rasmus Hansen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd match minute, Víkingur Göta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans á Bø to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Andy Jónsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kvívík's supporters rose to their feet, but Andy Jónsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rasmus Hansen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andy Debes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Tommy Rein tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tommy Rein made an important save on a dangerous shot by René G. Hansen in the 78th minute. Andy Debes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tommy Rein having to make a save. In the 84th minute, Andy Debes fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 88th minute, Regin Benjaminsen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Kvívík defense, Andy Debes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Rein. The Kvívík fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Rein should have stopped the shot. In the 94th minute of the match, René G. Hansen got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tommy Rein was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 95 minutes into the match, Kvívík's goal looked a bit too open when Andy Debes came free, but Tommy Rein reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Víkingur Göta played a much better game than Kvívík and deserved their victory. The Kvívík players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
