Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jens Heri Dam took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Poul Enok Eysturoy in the 9th minute of play forced Hunslet's goalkeeper Sigurd Jónsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jens Heri Dam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronnie Eliasen having to interfere. Jens Heri Dam recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Poul Enok Eysturoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Sigurd Jónsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Jens Heri Dam dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ronnie Eliasen, 1-0. Jens Heri Dam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kunoy's Ronnie Eliasen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Kunoy from getting a goal against them. Jens Heri Dam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronnie Eliasen having to interfere. A collision led to Hunslet getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Christian Samuelsen hit a great ball. In the 47th minute, Poul Enok Eysturoy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sjúrður Heri Dam was the one to do the kick off. Poul Enok Eysturoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Poul Enok Eysturoy got free with Sigurd Jónsson in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hunslet's Sigurd Jónsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sjúrður Heri Dam in the 59th minute of play. Poul Enok Eysturoy struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Sigurd Jónsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kunoy. Sigurd Thomsen hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. 74 minutes into the game, Poul Enok Eysturoy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Sigurd Jónsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 78th minute, Jónleif Djurhuus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kunoy's Nenad Niclasen couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 79th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Hunslet. Suni Midjord kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 85th minute Ronnie Anghel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronnie Eliasen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Kunoy supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Kunoy would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
