Hansen made a precise shot to the right of Klæmint í Skorini. Syðrugøta ÍF 's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When Brian Hansen fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dalur's protests and gave Brian Hansen a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Dalur getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Brian Hansen hit a great ball. In the 17thth minute of the game Marni R. Hansen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Syðrugøta ÍF 's Klæmint í Skorini was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Debus Færø fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dalur's protests and gave Debus Færø a yellow card for diving instead. After 18 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Dalur! Regin Samuelsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 30 minutes into the game, John Davy Sylla was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dalur's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Syðrugøta ÍF the free kick. A collision led to Dalur getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. John Davy Sylla hit a great ball. When Abraham Kwieciński, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 43 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Bárður Egholm was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Syðrugøta ÍF 's Károly Danielsen pulled a muscle in his back after 48 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 48 minutes into the game, Mikkjal Joensen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dalur's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Syðrugøta ÍF the free kick. After a rather tough play, Dalur's Mikkjal Joensen got a free kick in the 49th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Syðrugøta ÍF 's Tommy Hanssen tried to score from far away in the 50th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Marni R. Hansen made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Marni R. Hansen reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Klæmint í Skorini. The goal made the score 1-2. In the 59th minute, Abraham Kwieciński had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. When Brian Hansen was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 59 minutes had been played. A collision led to Dalur getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Brian Hansen hit a great ball. 61 minutes into the game, Sorin úr Hørg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Syðrugøta ÍF 's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dalur the free kick. A collision led to Syðrugøta ÍF getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Sorin úr Hørg hit a great ball. Marni R. Hansen charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marni R. Hansen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Syðrugøta ÍF booed when Dalur was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marni R. Hansen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sorin úr Hørg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Klæmint í Skorini made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Regin Samuelsen sent off a good shot on target. Marni Rein kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. During the 75th minute of the match Marni R. Hansen completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Marni R. Hansen a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Dalur getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Marni R. Hansen hit a great ball. Marni Rein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Regin Samuelsen might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Klæmint í Skorini. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Regin Samuelsen ran back to his position shaking his head. Rógvi Eliasen kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Dalur's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
