Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Einar Hans Rubeksen got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Saltnes ÍF 's Andrias á Neystabø sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pauli Løkin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gert Johannesen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrias Djurhuus having to interfere. Andrias Djurhuus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Einar Hans Rubeksen in the 9th minute of play. Gert Johannesen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Saltnes ÍF 's goal looked a bit too open when Einar Hans Rubeksen came free, but Andrias Djurhuus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute Stanway were awarded a corner. Herbert Kwieciński went to the cornerflag to take it. Andrias Djurhuus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gert Johannesen in the 23rd minute. The audience was convinced that Mikkjal Davy Sylla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pauli Løkin was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Einar Hans Rubeksen struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Andrias Djurhuus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stanway. Pauli Løkin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikkjal Davy Sylla in the 34th minute of the match. Andrias á Neystabø fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pauli Løkin having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Mikkjal Davy Sylla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pauli Løkin was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. The supporters of Saltnes ÍF booed when Stanway was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Einar Hans Rubeksen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute, Andrias á Neystabø ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pauli Løkin was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1.
In the 54th minute, Mikkjal Davy Sylla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 59th minute, Óli Pauli Samuelsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Mikkjal Davy Sylla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 73 played minutes Stanway got a freekick which was hit by Janus Høgni Jacobsen. 75 minutes into the match, Stanway's goalkeeper Pauli Løkin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andrias á Neystabø. Saltnes ÍF 's Andrias Djurhuus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gert Johannesen in the 79th minute of play. 80 minutes into the game, one of Saltnes ÍF :s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Pauli Løkin was a little too slow when Mikkjal Davy Sylla got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 89th minute. The score was now 2-2. 2-3 became the score in the 93rd minute when Andrias á Neystabø elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The Stanway supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Saltnes ÍF 's performance. The match ended with a win for Saltnes ÍF .
