Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jón Hansen got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th match minute, Lambi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mortan Rói Jacobsen to maneuver through the defense. Abraham Olsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Poul Rói Jacobsen in the 9th minute of the match. After 10 played minutes Mykines got a freekick which was hit by Oddmar Højsted. Abraham Olsen came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Mykines's Poul Rói Jacobsen. But to his dismay, Poul Rói Jacobsen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 19 minutes into the match, Mykines's goalkeeper Mikkjal Pauli Samuelsen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Torkil Norðbúð. 25 minutes into the match, Lambi's goal looked a bit too open when Poul Rói Jacobsen came free, but Abraham Olsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abraham Olsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oddmar Højsted, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mykines's Poul Rói Jacobsen got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oddmar Højsted might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abraham Olsen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oddmar Højsted ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Lambi getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Anderson Hansen hit a great ball. In the 37th minute, Mykines's Christian Højsted seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Christian Højsted the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Mykines protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Christian Højsted had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 36 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mykines! Abraham Olsen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oddmar Højsted's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. If Oddmar Højsted had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Torkil Norðbúð fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikkjal Pauli Samuelsen having to interfere. After the first half Mykines were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oddmar Højsted to make the kick off. With a little luck, Lambi's Abraham Olsen got control of the ball when Jóhan Egholm tried to sneak it across the goal line. 54 minutes into the game, Torkil Norðbúð cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Mikkjal Pauli Samuelsen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Lambi's Abraham Olsen got control of the ball when Oddmar Højsted tried to sneak it across the goal line. Oddmar Hansen's late challenge caught a Mykines's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oddmar Hansen helped the player get up and apologised. Oddmar Hansen hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After having played for 62 minutes, Oddmar Højsted managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mykines's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oddmar Højsted was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mikkjal Pauli Samuelsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jón Hansen in the 65th minute of the match. Torkil Norðbúð blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mikkjal Pauli Samuelsen having to make a save. Oddmar Højsted received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Abraham Olsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abraham Olsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingi Dam in the 77th minute of the match. If Oddmar Højsted had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 89 minutes of play, Mykines's Oddmar Højsted made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abraham Olsen was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 93rd minute Jón Hansen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikkjal Pauli Samuelsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mykines's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
