Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bruno Caballero kicked off to start the match. Honorio Ortega could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Velasco Sobera made a huge save. After 11 minutes, Agapito Acedo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zaragoza and the Baseia players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th minute, Agapito Acedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Honorio Ortega recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Velasco Sobera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miliano Mendez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miliano Mendez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Velasco Sobera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Juan Abancens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lancelot Dominguez, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 28th match minute, Zaragoza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matias Sauca to maneuver through the defense. Bruno Caballero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Abancens having to interfere. Honorio Ortega's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Velasco Sobera skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Zaragoza's Honorio Ortega got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Miliano Mendez made a kick off. If Lancelot Dominguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Zaragoza's zone, Bruno Caballero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Abancens came out of the goal and Bruno Caballero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bruno Caballero was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 61st minute. Baseia's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Gilen Casals hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miliano Mendez in the 63rd minute of play forced Baseia's goalkeeper Velasco Sobera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dalmu Lama charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dalmu Lama the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Baseia's Lancelot Dominguez in 72 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Juan Abancens guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. In the 72nd match minute, Zaragoza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carmelo Briso to maneuver through the defense. If Bruno Caballero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baseia's Lancelot Dominguez got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Zaragoza's Juan Abancens got control of the ball when Lancelot Dominguez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carmelo Briso's late challenge caught a Baseia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carmelo Briso helped the player get up and apologised. After 96 played minutes Zaragoza got a freekick which was hit by Carmelo Briso. The Zaragoza supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Baseia's performance. The match ended with a win for Baseia.
