Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alirio Mondejar kicked off to start the match. When Teo Ribas fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sant Vicenç De Calders AFC's protests and gave Teo Ribas a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Martinet booed when Sant Vicenç De Calders AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Ribas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 4th match minute, Martinet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Munio Palomares to maneuver through the defense. When Martinet's Alirio Mondejar in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sant Vicenç De Calders AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Fabricio Barral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cucao Pedriza in the 11th minute of play. After having played for 15 minutes, Cucao Pedriza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sant Vicenç De Calders AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cucao Pedriza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sant Vicenç De Calders AFC's Juan-Alfredo Romero got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 20th minute, Cordario Baeza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 23 minutes of play, Sant Vicenç De Calders AFC's Juan-Alfredo Romero made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabricio Barral was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Martinet defense, Cucao Pedriza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabricio Barral. The Martinet fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabricio Barral should have stopped the shot. After 31 played minutes Martinet got a freekick which was hit by Etor Sabina. If Juan-Alfredo Romero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Martinet defense, Juan-Alfredo Romero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabricio Barral. The Martinet fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabricio Barral should have stopped the shot. Etor Sabina blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Loreto Campomanes having to make a save. 42 minutes into the match, Sant Vicenç De Calders AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Alirio Mondejar came free, but Loreto Campomanes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Munio Palomares's late challenge caught a Sant Vicenç De Calders AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Munio Palomares helped the player get up and apologised. After the first half Sant Vicenç De Calders AFC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 54th minute Cucao Pedriza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabricio Barral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Loreto Campomanes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alirio Mondejar in the 55th minute of the match. Juan-Alfredo Romero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Fabricio Barral made a huge save. In the 69th minute, Etor Sabina left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Martinet fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Munio Palomares hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Sixto Aceves, 75 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Cucao Pedriza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juan-Alfredo Romero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Fabricio Barral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hermenegildo Gómez's late challenge caught a Sant Vicenç De Calders AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hermenegildo Gómez helped the player get up and apologised. After 81 played minutes Martinet got a freekick which was hit by Hermenegildo Gómez. After a rather tough play, Sant Vicenç De Calders AFC's Cucao Pedriza got a free kick in the 84th minute. Sant Vicenç De Calders AFC's Loreto Campomanes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Etor Sabina in the 89th minute of play. When Etor Sabina came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Martinet fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Etor Sabina couldn't finish the play. The Martinet fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sant Vicenç De Calders AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
