Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Santurtzi FC's Ernesto Reyes started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7th minute, one of Santurtzi FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Santurtzi FC. The score was 1-0 after a penalty in the 8th minute, where Rocas Blancas FC:s Michel Barba tricked Santurtzi FC:s Rafael Olmos with a difficult ball by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Santurtzi FC's zone, Kaiet Cameno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rafael Olmos came out of the goal and Kaiet Cameno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rafael Olmos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaiet Cameno in the 14th minute of play. Victoriano Valcarcel's late challenge caught a Rocas Blancas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Victoriano Valcarcel helped the player get up and apologised. Victoriano Valcarcel hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaiet Cameno in the 20th minute of play forced Santurtzi FC's goalkeeper Rafael Olmos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 24 minutes of play, Santurtzi FC's Ernesto Reyes made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bartolomé Rajoi was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Santurtzi FC's Rafael Olmos got control of the ball when Gabriel Ladra tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Kaiet Cameno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santurtzi FC's Marcial Fuster got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 39 played minutes Santurtzi FC got a freekick which was hit by Victoriano Valcarcel. 43 minutes into the match, Rocas Blancas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcial Fuster came free, but Bartolomé Rajoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafael Olmos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaiet Cameno in the 46th minute of play. Kaiet Cameno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Marcial Fuster succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 53rd playminute. After 67 played minutes Santurtzi FC got a freekick which was hit by Victoriano Valcarcel. Gabriel Ladra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Olmos having to interfere. Santurtzi FC's Rafael Olmos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Ladra in the 72nd minute of play. Marcial Fuster received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Bartolomé Rajoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Marcial Fuster had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Timo Amorebieta fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rocas Blancas FC's protests and gave Timo Amorebieta a yellow card for diving instead. Timo Amorebieta hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Santxo Dominguez during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Santurtzi FC's Santxo Dominguez got a free kick in the 82nd minute. After 83 minutes, Ernesto Reyes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Santurtzi FC and the Rocas Blancas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ernesto Reyes kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Michel Barba, 84 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Bartolomé Rajoi made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Marcial Fuster sent off a good shot on target. If Kaiet Cameno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gabriel Ladra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle went the supporters of Santurtzi FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Rocas Blancas FC side.
