The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Armilla getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Giraldo Morientes hit a great ball. Lia Contreras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fiz Huarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. When Tabor Etxeberria came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Armilla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tabor Etxeberria couldn't finish the play. Galindo Harroyo hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. When Enrique Quintero fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hurre AFC's protests and gave Enrique Quintero a yellow card for diving instead. Nahia Abril made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eligio Carballido in the 26th minute. After 33 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Armilla! The referee gave Hurre AFC a penalty, 35 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Enrique Quintero, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Armilla's Lia Contreras. 0-1. When Fiz Huarte came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Hurre AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fiz Huarte couldn't finish the play. Galindo Harroyo charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Galindo Harroyo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 46 played minutes Hurre AFC got a freekick which was hit by Galindo Harroyo. 48 minutes into the match, Hurre AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Tabor Etxeberria came free, but Nahia Abril reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tabor Etxeberria was the one to do the kick off. Tabor Etxeberria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute, Tabor Etxeberria got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 76 minutes into the match, Hurre AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Tabor Etxeberria came free, but Nahia Abril reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nahia Abril showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tabor Etxeberria in the 77th minute of the match. In the 81st minute Tabor Etxeberria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nahia Abril saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fiz Huarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hurre AFC's Galindo Harroyo got his second yellow card of the match in the 86th minute. The referee ordered Galindo Harroyo off the ground. After a rather tough play, Hurre AFC's Galindo Harroyo got a free kick in the 87th minute. Nahia Abril made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tabor Etxeberria in the 88th minute of play. Tabor Etxeberria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute Eligio Carballido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nahia Abril saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Hurre AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
