Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) El Burgo De Ebro's Fredo Zárate started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fredo Zárate received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Timo Alfaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paul Hernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. After a rather tough play, El Burgo De Ebro's Benat Barral got a free kick in the 29th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Tortosa's Kepa Rodriguez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Genaro Arraz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kepa Rodriguez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kepa Rodriguez in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Genaro Arraz saved El Burgo De Ebro from getting behind. Kepa Rodriguez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genaro Arraz having to interfere. Uzuri Gonzalvez in the 48thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Timo Alfaro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Paul Hernandez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Uzuri Gonzalvez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tortosa's goalkeeper Timo Alfaro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 58 minutes into the game, Cilio Guasch was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tortosa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Burgo De Ebro the free kick. The supporters of El Burgo De Ebro booed when Tortosa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cilio Guasch didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tortosa's Timo Alfaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredo Zárate in the 59th minute of play. Enrico Baltanas's late challenge caught a El Burgo De Ebro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enrico Baltanas helped the player get up and apologised. Timo Alfaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredo Zárate, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Uzuri Gonzalvez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Uzuri Gonzalvez might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Timo Alfaro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Uzuri Gonzalvez ran back to his position shaking his head. When El Burgo De Ebro's Fredo Zárate in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Genaro Arraz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paul Hernandez in the 70th minute of the match. Paul Hernandez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paul Hernandez got in the 73rd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Genaro Arraz handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. With a little luck, El Burgo De Ebro's Genaro Arraz got control of the ball when Kepa Rodriguez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Genaro Arraz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paul Hernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paul Hernandez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kepa Rodriguez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Genaro Arraz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st match minute, Tortosa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zumar Portillo to maneuver through the defense. Kepa Rodriguez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genaro Arraz having to interfere. Tortosa were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
