When Isla Cristina's Flor Camara in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Borbotó Casas De Bárcena's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flor Camara in the 15th minute of play forced Borbotó Casas De Bárcena's goalkeeper Efren De Paula to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Dani Huarte came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Borbotó Casas De Bárcena fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dani Huarte couldn't finish the play. Araoz Alabern fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Millano Jofre having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Vachon Toledo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacinto Camaño, 28 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Borbotó Casas De Bárcena's Dani Huarte sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Millano Jofre narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Peri Solana kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Medardo Hernandez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 35 minutes, Manel Ruiz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Borbotó Casas De Bárcena and the Isla Cristina players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 35th match minute, Borbotó Casas De Bárcena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manel Ruiz to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Borbotó Casas De Bárcena defense, Flor Camara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Efren De Paula. The Borbotó Casas De Bárcena fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Efren De Paula should have stopped the shot. Millano Jofre stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Araoz Alabern's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Medardo Hernandez to make the kick off. In the 55th minute Dani Huarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Millano Jofre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flor Camara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Isla Cristina's Medardo Hernandez in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Medardo Hernandez scored 0-2 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Efren De Paula, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 76 minutes into the match, Borbotó Casas De Bárcena's goalkeeper Efren De Paula had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Flor Camara. Peri Solana got his second yellow card in the match during the 77th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Medardo Hernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Efren De Paula tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Araoz Alabern kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 84th minute by Flor Camara got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 86th minute, Flor Camara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Efren De Paula was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. When Medardo Hernandez came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Isla Cristina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Medardo Hernandez couldn't finish the play. Medardo Hernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Efren De Paula tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Isla Cristina left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Borbotó Casas De Bárcena.
