He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ronda AFC reached it. In the 26th minute Gabino Palanques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Marcilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mero Maroto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ronda AFC's Oscar Gimenez got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Mero Maroto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Oscar Gimenez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Revuelta having to interfere. Duardo De Pedro hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After 78 minutes of play, San Isidro's Carlito Muelas made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sergio Marcilla was left in no man's land by his defense there! Oscar Gimenez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Lope Macías hit a great ball. 88 minutes into the match, Ronda AFC's Cipriano Hevia broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Sergio Marcilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabino Palanques, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ronda AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for San Isidro.
