Antoni Albizua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaquiel Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Toni Taules lost his temper 8 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 10th minute there was a penalty for Sant Just Desvern FC. Amadeo Llorca stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Regis Clemente. 0-1. Leon Verdu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Regis Clemente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Osmundo Arraz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Montealegre AFC's Regis Clemente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofilo Urruti in the 31st minute of play. Regis Clemente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofilo Urruti in the 34th minute of the match. Antoni Albizua made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Guaberto Nueva sent off a good shot on target. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Sant Just Desvern FC's goalie and right to Guaberto Nueva. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Sant Just Desvern FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guaberto Nueva got free with Antoni Albizua in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guaberto Nueva to make the kick off. Regis Clemente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofilo Urruti, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 56 minutes into the game, Osmundo Arraz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Montealegre AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sant Just Desvern FC the free kick. With a little luck, Montealegre AFC's Regis Clemente got control of the ball when Leon Verdu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leon Verdu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Montealegre AFC's goalkeeper Regis Clemente, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mambru Morales hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. After having played for 85 minutes, Guaberto Nueva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Montealegre AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guaberto Nueva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Antoni Albizua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Yeste, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Sant Just Desvern FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
