Lucas Galdamez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iago Griful in the 14th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Rio Real FC's zone, Boniel Vagrande stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucas Galdamez came out of the goal and Boniel Vagrande tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rey Cabanela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xan Tobia, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 28 minutes into the match, Xan Tobia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rey Cabanela. Calldetenes AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Xan Tobia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 32nd minute, Xan Tobia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rey Cabanela was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 35th match minute, Rio Real FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urko Cameno to maneuver through the defense. Rey Cabanela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Soler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When Urko Cameno fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rio Real FC's protests and gave Urko Cameno a yellow card for diving instead. Urko Cameno kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Calldetenes AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Michael Soler fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 60th match minute, Calldetenes AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eloy Aranzubia to maneuver through the defense. Calldetenes AFC's Rey Cabanela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xan Tobia in the 64th minute of play. Xan Tobia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Rey Cabanela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Michael Soler could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Rey Cabanela made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Michael Soler got free with Rey Cabanela in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 74th play minute Michael Soler came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Rey Cabanela. 0-3. After 79 minutes, Xan Pena mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Calldetenes AFC and the Rio Real FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 79th match minute, Calldetenes AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xan Pena to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Calldetenes AFC's Rey Cabanela got control of the ball when Michael Soler tried to sneak it across the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Calldetenes AFC's goalkeeper Rey Cabanela had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michael Soler. In the 95th minute, Michael Soler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
