The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yoel Valcarcel was the one to do the kick off. Damaso Nunez hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Laza's Marcelino Cuadrado tried to score from far away in the 53rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Marco-Antonio Ziguenza took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iyan Ruiz. Iyan Ruiz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Laza's Dominic Canosa suffered a sore thigh after 68 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zabal Marrero during the 69th minute. Iyan Ruiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Llin Zamora in the 77th minute of play. After 78 played minutes Laza got a freekick which was hit by Yoel Valcarcel. Llin Zamora fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iyan Ruiz having to interfere. Moncho Rivass short, quick shot in the 85thth minute got Valdo Verdu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in San Isidro De Benagéber AFC's zone, Máximo Santalla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valdo Verdu came out of the goal and Máximo Santalla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Llin Zamora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. San Isidro De Benagéber AFC had won after a very even match.
