Fertus Herrero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Víctor Valdés, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 27th minute, Arnaitz Martin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Víctor Valdés dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fertus Herrero, 1-0. Marcos Morales showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaitz Martin in the 36th minute of the match. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Víctor Valdés stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fertus Herrero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Víctor Valdés, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaitz Martin in the 57th minute of play forced Raïmat AFC's goalkeeper Marcos Morales to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andres Veloso took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fertus Herrero. Canyamars AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Canyamars AFC's Arnaitz Martin got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 63rd minute of the match, Hipolito Correa got a very nice opportunity to score, but Marcos Morales was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 90th minute, Víctor Valdés left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Raïmat AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Fertus Herrero came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Raïmat AFC's Víctor Valdés. But to his dismay, Víctor Valdés quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Canyamars AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Raïmat AFC.
