Aberasturi FC's Rosario Lorenzo got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 18th minute, Ferdinand Camarasa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sant Pere FC's Donatello Flores proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Sant Pere FC from getting a goal against them. In the 26th minute, Alberto Hevia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ferdinand Camarasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rosario Lorenzo might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Donatello Flores. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rosario Lorenzo ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Sant Pere FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Saul Saboya hit a great ball. Aberasturi FC were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Sant Pere FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Albert Folch took the corner. Aberasturi FC's Albert Folch was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Donatello Flores in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Mero Vives sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Donatello Flores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rosario Lorenzo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rosario Lorenzo was the one to do the kick off. Ovidio Delgado was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 61 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute, one of Sant Pere FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sant Pere FC. Albert Folch placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Donatello Flores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rosario Lorenzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Rosario Lorenzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Donatello Flores tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Sant Pere FC's zone, Ferdinand Camarasa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Donatello Flores came out of the goal and Ferdinand Camarasa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Unai Jaraba hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. If Ferdinand Camarasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alberto Hevia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aniol Solo having to interfere. Sant Pere FC's Mero Vives got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 83 minutes, Erasmo Marcilla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sant Pere FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erasmo Marcilla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 89 played minutes Sant Pere FC got a freekick which was hit by Erasmo Marcilla. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Thiago Mora managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aberasturi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Thiago Mora was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Donatello Flores breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Donatello Flores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rosario Lorenzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. In the 98th minute, Ferdinand Camarasa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aberasturi FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Aberasturi FC fully deserved thier win.
