Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ilixo Duarte started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Canet De Mar AFC's Pedro Sancho couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 9th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Costa De La Calma FC. Costa De La Calma FC's Aurelio March played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paco Fernandez in the 10th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Costa De La Calma FC's Francis Barrientos got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 19thth minute of the game Paco Fernandez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa De La Calma FC's Aurelio March was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 21 minutes into the game, Dario Rivera was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Costa De La Calma FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Canet De Mar AFC the free kick. The supporters of Canet De Mar AFC booed when Costa De La Calma FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dario Rivera didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dario Rivera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Lozano having to interfere. Aurelio March stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paco Fernandez's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. After 30 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Costa De La Calma FC! The goalkeeper, Aurelio March, was totally fooled by Canet De Mar AFC's Pedro Sancho, who 32 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After a rather tough play, Costa De La Calma FC's Guillerme Mendez got a free kick in the 34th minute. Zoilo Roca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Aurelio March made a huge save. Aurelio March made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zoilo Roca in the 45th minute. If Ilixo Duarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paco Fernandez made a kick off. Dario Rivera got in the 53rd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Gabriel Lozano handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. 55 minutes into the game, Ilixo Duarte recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gabriel Lozano. Ilixo Duarte showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Aurelio March showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zoilo Roca in the 60th minute of the match. Zoilo Roca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Aurelio March tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Faustino Beloki charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Faustino Beloki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Costa De La Calma FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Faustino Beloki hit a great ball. If Zoilo Roca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the match, Paco Fernandez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aurelio March. Costa De La Calma FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paco Fernandez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Dario Rivera came free with the goalkeeper in the 94th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gabriel Lozano could save by the left post. After some careless play in the Canet De Mar AFC defense, Dario Rivera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gabriel Lozano. The Canet De Mar AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gabriel Lozano should have stopped the shot. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Costa De La Calma FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
