Teo Checa's late challenge caught a Sestao's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teo Checa helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Sestao booed when Vados De Torralba FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Checa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 6 played minutes Sestao got a freekick which was hit by Teobaldo Carceles. If Teobaldo Carceles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Vados De Torralba FC defense, Gonzalo Barbosa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ariel Costa. The Vados De Torralba FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ariel Costa should have stopped the shot. Teodoro Rivas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ibon Santander having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, Sestao's goal looked a bit too open when Xandro Camacho came free, but Ibon Santander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Teodoro Rivas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teodoro Rivas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Ibon Santander made a huge save. Teobaldo Carceles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Costa having to interfere. If Gonzalo Barbosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teobaldo Carceles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Teobaldo Carceles blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ariel Costa having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Vados De Torralba FC's zone, Gonzalo Barbosa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ariel Costa came out of the goal and Gonzalo Barbosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Vados De Torralba FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sestao were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teobaldo Carceles to make the kick off. Sestao's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Diagur Duran in the 71st minute. The corner led Sestao's Diagur Duran to fire away a dangerous shot which Ariel Costa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Teobaldo Carceles fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sestao's protests and gave Teobaldo Carceles a yellow card for diving instead. In the 73rd match minute, Sestao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teobaldo Carceles to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute, Sestao's Teobaldo Carceles dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teodoro Rivas in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ibon Santander saved Sestao from getting behind. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 81st minute of the game. One of Vados De Torralba FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sestao:s goal. Vados De Torralba FC:s Ariel Costa showed great skill when he stopped Diagur Duran:s penalty. In the 83rd minute Garaona Lastras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ibon Santander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ibon Santander didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teodoro Rivas went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 90thth minute of the game Teobaldo Carceles who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vados De Torralba FC's Ariel Costa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xandro Camacho in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ibon Santander saved Sestao from getting behind. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Sestao eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
