Gurb AFC's Josue Carceles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Maldonado in the 9th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Rigoberto Iniesta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zelipe Sancho was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Everardo Urruti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rigoberto Iniesta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Juan Roman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zelipe Sancho. Torreforta FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juan Roman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 56th minute Everardo Urruti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Josue Carceles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Francisco Maldonado came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Torreforta FC fans jumped to their feet. With a little luck, Gurb AFC's Josue Carceles got control of the ball when Francisco Maldonado tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rigoberto Iniesta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd match minute, Gurb AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Taio Blazquez to maneuver through the defense. 84 minutes into the match, Gurb AFC's goalkeeper Josue Carceles had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Maldonado. In the 87th minute Rigoberto Iniesta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zelipe Sancho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Argi Sevilla kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. When Gurb AFC's Rigoberto Iniesta in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The corner ended in Gai Hevia almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Torreforta FC's Zelipe Sancho did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Roman in the 96th minute of play forced Torreforta FC's goalkeeper Zelipe Sancho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Torreforta FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Gurb AFC.
