Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Iyan Cienfuegos started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After having played for 4 minutes, Bernard Unzueta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Benirredrá FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernard Unzueta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Viator getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Constantino Molina hit a great ball. Mario Aguilar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iyan Cienfuegos, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Eleazar Maldonado struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Mario Aguilar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Viator. Viator's Iyan Cienfuegos got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Viator's zone, Bernard Unzueta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomás Mora came out of the goal and Bernard Unzueta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jerold Tormes hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Tomás Mora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernard Unzueta in the 35th minute of play. Alba Vilanova sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomás Mora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ximun Cabada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bernard Unzueta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Viator's Eleazar Maldonado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mario Aguilar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. If Constantino Molina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mario Aguilar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eleazar Maldonado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iyan Cienfuegos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eleazar Maldonado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Mario Aguilar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iyan Cienfuegos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Aguilar having to interfere. Iyan Cienfuegos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Mario Aguilar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iyan Cienfuegos took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mario Aguilar. Mario Aguilar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Eleazar Maldonado might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mario Aguilar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eleazar Maldonado ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Viator fans cheered their team off the field, for while Benirredrá FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
