Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Fargue AFC's Bautista Urbina started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julio Carmona in the 11th minute of play forced Fargue AFC's goalkeeper Cris Bergada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cris Bergada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Campomanes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xalo Reyes during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 13th match minute, Fargue AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xalo Reyes to maneuver through the defense. Cris Bergada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julio Carmona in the 15th minute of the match. Gualda FC's Pio Romero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bautista Urbina in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Fargue AFC's Bautista Urbina ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pio Romero. Pio Romero yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. A collision led to Fargue AFC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Xalo Reyes hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, Fargue AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Campomanes came free, but Cris Bergada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Bautista Urbina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Kiko Ferrer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Carmona might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cris Bergada. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Julio Carmona ran back to his position shaking his head. 46 minutes into the match, Fargue AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Julio Carmona came free, but Cris Bergada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emilio Campomanes to make the kick off. Pio Romero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kiko Ferrer in the 53rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Julio Carmona managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gualda FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Julio Carmona was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cris Bergada breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Michael Salazar hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Fargue AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Emilio Campomanes 65 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. The supporters of Gualda FC booed when Fargue AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miro Tobia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fargue AFC's Cris Bergada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Campomanes in the 77th minute of play. If Bautista Urbina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute Bautista Urbina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pio Romero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Julio Carmona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 93rd minute by Julio Carmona got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Julio Carmona came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Gualda FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julio Carmona couldn't finish the play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
