Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Blasco Feliu started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Urdazubi Urdax AFC's zone, Fiz Saavedra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bienvenido Ponce came out of the goal and Fiz Saavedra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Urdazubi Urdax AFC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Isidro Orozco hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Blasco Feliu in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jose-Luis Turrilla saved El Puntal from getting behind. Fiz Saavedra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bienvenido Ponce having to interfere. After 15 played minutes Urdazubi Urdax AFC got a freekick which was hit by Tino Ribeiro. Eulalio Sabina was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 16th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Llin Infante's late challenge caught a El Puntal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Llin Infante helped the player get up and apologised. 19 minutes into the match, El Puntal's Eulalio Sabina broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Bienvenido Ponce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Belmiro Huarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Belmiro Huarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Blasco Feliu was extremely unlucky when he, in the 33rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Urdazubi Urdax AFC's Lesardo Carrasco got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Belmiro Huarte's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bienvenido Ponce was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Belmiro Huarte in the 44th minute of play forced Urdazubi Urdax AFC's goalkeeper Bienvenido Ponce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Belmiro Huarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bienvenido Ponce having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

After some careless play in the El Puntal defense, Blasco Feliu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jose-Luis Turrilla. The El Puntal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jose-Luis Turrilla should have stopped the shot. If Lesardo Carrasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Belmiro Huarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bienvenido Ponce having to interfere. In the 62nd minute there was a penalty for Urdazubi Urdax AFC. Tino Ribeiro stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jose-Luis Turrilla. 2-0. After a rather tough play, El Puntal's Pudes Prieto got a free kick in the 65th minute. Lesardo Carrasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jose-Luis Turrilla having to interfere. With his leg Bienvenido Ponce managed to avoid a goal in the 72ndth minute, when El Puntal's Belmiro Huarte fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lesardo Carrasco in the 79th minute of play forced El Puntal's goalkeeper Jose-Luis Turrilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute of the match Evangelista Riells sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jose-Luis Turrilla skillfully saved the ball. Lesardo Carrasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fiz Saavedra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Bienvenido Ponce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
