Alifonso Litago hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, El Galán's Ramone Gibert tried to score from far away in the 22nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Petri Grau got free with Urbes Maestro in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 41st minute, Lazaro Fernandez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eusebio Muelas was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Aresti Contreras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urbes Maestro having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lazaro Fernandez in the 48th minute of play forced El Galán's goalkeeper Eusebio Muelas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gregorio Marrero made a kick off. Lazaro Fernandez succeeded in the game's 53rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aresti Contreras in the 60th minute of play forced Aretxabaleta FC's goalkeeper Urbes Maestro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manolito Llorca charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Manolito Llorca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to El Galán getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. In the 73rd minute Aresti Contreras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urbes Maestro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Aretxabaleta FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Alifonso Litago hit a great ball. Ramone Gibert, 78 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Ramone Gibert kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Aretxabaleta FC's Alano Orbiz couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 84th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for El Galán. Urbes Maestro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aresti Contreras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Urbes Maestro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aresti Contreras, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. 94 minutes into the match, Lazaro Fernandez notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of El Galán's Eusebio Muelas. Eusebio Muelas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
